Tiny Town team and families

Most positions are part-time and most allow you to bring your children to work with you. Pay wages range from $11 to an average of $28 an hour, depending on position.

To be part of the regular Tiny Town team, you’ll need to be available for two weekday shifts (either 8:30 AM–12:30 PM or 12:30 PM–4:30 PM) and two Saturdays each month. We also offer seasonal Summer Camp employment – check out those details below.

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Do you love creating content that actually connects with people? Tiny Town is looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with strategy and wants to be part of a business that families genuinely love.

This is more than just posting. You’ll help shape how thousands of local families experience Tiny Town before they even walk through our doors.

Job Requirements:

  • Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content across all platforms
  • Capture real moments in our space (parties, play, events, everyday magic)
  • Respond to messages and comments in a warm, on-brand voice
  • Stay on top of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Collaborate with our team to promote events, camps, and programs
  • Help maintain a consistent, recognizable Tiny Town brand

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is creative, organized, and self-motivated
  • Understands what performs well on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Can balance multiple platforms without things falling through the cracks
  • Has an eye for photography/video and basic editing skills
  • Is comfortable interacting with families and capturing content in real time
  • Takes pride in their work and follows through

PARTY MANAGER

After an incredible nine years of bringing party visions to life, our beloved Party Manager is hanging up her Tiny Town T-shirt and passing the torch. For the first time in our company’s history, we are opening this leadership role to someone new. We are looking for a motivated, proven, and creative manager who is ready to step in, build on a strong foundation, and breathe fresh energy into our thriving party program. This is a rare opportunity to lead one of Tiny Town’s most joyful experiences, shaping celebrations that families will remember for years to come while helping us grow as Lancaster’s premier party destination.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing events, hospitality, or customer-facing operations
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple parties and timelines
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset
  • Sales confidence and comfort discussing packages, upgrades, and bookings
  • Creative with a strong attention to detail
  • Leadership ability to guide and support party staff
  • Weekend availability during peak party hours
  • Reliable, self-directed, and able to work independently

NEW! SUMMER CAMP COUNSELORS

Are you on the lookout for an incredible summer job? Do you have a passion for working with children and an abundance of energy? Look no further! We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as camp counselors, dedicated to providing a safe and unforgettable experience for our campers.

Positions Available:

  • Camp Lead Counselor (Mon-Fri, 8 am-1 pm, 12 pm-5 pm or 8am to 5pm)

  • 9 weeks of summer camp from June 8th to August 7th.

PARTY HOST

Join our party team, hosting children’s birthday parties! You’ll be at the center of some of the most special moments for local families, helping bring celebrations to life from start to finish. From welcoming guests to leading the flow of the party, you’ll create a fun, smooth, and memorable experience that families will talk about long after they leave.This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating joyful, well-run events. You’ll work alongside a supportive team while celebrating birthdays week after week.

With tips, our Party Hosts average $28 an hour.

Job Requirements:

  • Work 1-2 days a week and work Saturdays and/or Sundays based on birthday schedule.
  • LOADS of flexibility and typically only 4 hour shifts on weekends!

TOWN STAFF

Do you love cleaning and organizing?! And want to be paid to do so? And also bring your kids with you? We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing staff to join our Town Team! This person will join in creating a fun, clean, safe, and enjoyable time for our customers. The real jobs means you will pick up 1000 toys a shift, clean, clean, clean, and also have a great time meeting new customers and joining our staff community.

Job Requirements:

  • Can work weekdays 8:30-12:30pm or 12:30-4:30pm
  • Can work 2 Saturday shifts a month
  • Reliable, internally motivated, and outgoing
  • Be able to work at least 2 (4 hour) shifts a week
