Most positions are part-time and most allow you to bring your children to work with you. Pay wages range from $11 to an average of $28 an hour, depending on position.
To be part of the Tiny Town team, you’ll need to be available for two weekday shifts (either 8:30 AM–12:30 PM or 12:30 PM–4:30 PM) and two Saturdays each month.

BOOKKEEPER
Do you love working with numbers and making the books balance? Tiny Town is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This role involves recording all financial transactions, managing payroll, handling taxes, and maintaining accurate financial records for our small family-owned business.
We’re looking for an individual who can personally manage our books and be part of our small business team. This position is not open to bookkeeping firms or outsourced services.
Position Details:
Hours: Average 16 hours per month
Schedule: On-site 2 times per month; remainder can be completed remotely
Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong understanding of business and finance principles
Accuracy, organization, and integrity

TOWN STAFF
Do you love cleaning and organizing?! And want to be paid to do so? And also bring your kids with you? We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing staff to join our Town Team! This person will join in creating a fun, clean, safe, and enjoyable time for our customers. The real jobs means you will pick up 1000 toys a shift, clean, clean, clean, and also have a great time meeting new customers and joining our staff community.
Job Requirements:
Can work weekdays 8:30-12:30pm or 12:30-4:30pm
Can work 2 Saturday shifts a month
Reliable, internally motivated, and outgoing
Be able to work at least 2 (4 hour) shifts a week
