We know that sleeping somewhere new can be exciting and sometimes a little overwhelming! Every child adjusts differently, and that’s perfectly okay.
If your child is unable to settle after a reasonable amount of time or is consistently disturbing the sleep of other families, Tiny Town staff reserve the right to ask your family to end your overnight stay. In that case, you’re always welcome to come back and enjoy Tiny Town during a future open play visit.
Families are welcome to leave at any time during the event if needed. However, because this is a special event with limited capacity, no refunds or credits will be issued for early departures, regardless of the reason.
