Most positions are part-time and most allow you to bring your children to work with you. Pay wages range from $11 to an average of $28 an hour, depending on position. Our new Programming Director position can be fulltime or partime and pay is negotiable. 

 

 

 

 

 

OPEN POSITIONS

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Do you enjoy managing multiple social media platforms at once, engaging with customers, creating fun, creative, content? We are looking for a coordinator for all of our social media! This part-time position would join our team to create high quality, branded content across Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. Our staff are allowed to bring their children to work with them – so an amazing perk! This is not a contracted position, we are only looking for candidates that want to officially join our team. 

Job Requirements:
Must have created and managed Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts
Graphic design and photography skills preferred
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and digital media formats
Excellent communication and detail oriented

Position: Flexible Part-time
Pay Range: $16-$20 an hour

PROGRAMMING DIRECTOR
We are growing here at Tiny Town! Join us in our most creative role to date – where YOU can create all of the programming! Develop and implement high quality, educational programming for children and their families through education-based programming such as: special events, weekly educational programming, field trips, camps, kids night out, and new evening programming.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in programming, preferably in the family entertainment industry
Must possess exceptional attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Loves working with children and their families
Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to implement new programming
Possess organizational skills and be able to meet deadlines
Must possess the ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
All Clearances (PA State Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Criminal Background Check, FBI Clearance)
Education: Bachelors required; Education degree, preferred

Expected Hours:
This position can be either part-time or full-time depending on candidate

PARTY MANAGER
Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences for young ones through themed birthday parties and celebrations that inspire joy, imagination, and lasting memories. We are committed to becoming the premier party destination in Lancaster, and we’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Party Manager to help us achieve this goal.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning, preferably in the children’s entertainment industry.
Strong organizational and budgeting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Creative and detail-oriented approach to party planning.
Familiarity with Lancaster’s party and entertainment market is a plus.

Expected Hours:
This position is a part-time position of up to 35 hours a week and requires a flexible schedule with an emphasis on weekend availability to work during peak party hours. The Party Manager should be available for a minimum of 3 weekends per month. Additionally, at least 2 shifts per week, especially on Fridays, are necessary to fulfill this role effectively. Aside from working parties, the Manager hours are flexible.

Bring Them Along Program
All Tiny Town Staff are allowed to bring their children to work with them. Party Staff are not allowed to bring children when actively working parties, typically on weekends.

PARTY HOST
Join our party team, hosting children’s birthday parties!

Job Requirements:
Work at least 1 day a week for party planning and work Saturdays and/or Sundays based on birthday schedule.
High energy and fun team player

Pay Range: Starting pay $13.50 hour plus tips (averaging an additional $15-$20 per hour in tips!!)

TOWN STAFF
Do you love cleaning and organizing?! And want to be paid to do so? And also bring your kids with you? We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing staff to join our Town Team! This person will join in creating a fun, clean, safe, and enjoyable time for our customers. The real jobs means you will pick up 1000 toys a shift, clean, clean, clean, and also have a great time meeting new customers and joining our staff community.

Job Requirements:
Can work 8:30-12:30pm or 12:30-4:30pm
Reliable, internally motivated, and outgoing
Be able to work at least 2 (4 hour) shifts a week
Bring Your Child to work with you: Eligible
